Robert Half International Private Equity Relationship Coordinator in BALTIMORE, Maryland


An investment management company in Baltimore city is looking for an extremely polished and composed Client Services Coordinator to bridge the gap during a maternity leave. Responsibilities will include: account maintenance (opening new accounts, address changes, etc.), processing customized client reporting, drafting and preparing excel spreadsheets, direct client contact, and various administrative duties within the office as needed.

Superior client service skills Illustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information. Must have ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented, and maintain a professional demeanor when corresponding with clients. Strong MS Excel is a MUST!
