You’ll enjoy developing a wellness plan for our clients, finding them the best professional to match them with and advising them on the services and products that would be most effective for their wellbeing, including following up with them to make sure they are getting the benefits.

Our clinics are busy. The Wellness Advisors play an important role in keeping everything running smoothly, from running the front desk to covering every aspect of clinic operations, to make sure guest are always having a fabulous experience at every visit.

Our salary starts at $12/hour plus many performance incentives that can add $5/hour. In addition, we are a fast-growing business recognizing good performance with pay raises and rapid promotion.

Qualified candidates will:

Education, Skills and Training:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.

  • Have strong phone and computer skills.

  • Have previous customer service experience (preferred).

  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

  • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.

Communications and Personal Interactions

  • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, and the franchised location’s management and team.

  • Maintain client confidentiality.
