Business Solution Analyst - SalesforceJob Description
The Business Solution Analyst will represent their area of expertise with regard to business system knowledge on internal and client projects, advanced research, root cause analysis, complex issue research, documentation, communications, training, testing, ongoing system support, and developing reports and coordinating audits. This position will maintain and update the repository of functional solutions and knowledge base.
Perform user acceptance testing at a feature level and present new features to users in individual or group settings
Participate in requirements gathering in order to provide guidance on options and solutions
Responsible for providing research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving business process and system opportunities
Communicate results from research and analysis effectively, both verbally and in writing, to business and other key stakeholders demonstrating command of all facts
Serve as the primary contact for user support issues and implementation activities; manage day to day process, issue prioritization, trouble shooting and communication of status and resolution to impacted parties and key stakeholders
Build relationships and develop expertise through partnering and collaboration with business and technology experts
Develop, write, and communicate functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is requiredIn Network Management:
3 years of work experience in healthcare, including 1 year of experience in at least one of the specific responsibilities for the position (e.g. claims data, business requirements gathering, network pricing, etc.)In Market Segment Services:
3 years of work experience in healthcare, including 1 year of experience in at least one of the specific responsibilities for the position (Salesforce, business requirements gathering, etc.)
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively to drive for results
Ability to present complex material to a variety of audiences in plain language
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
PBM/health care experience
Rx Claims system proficiency
Query writing proficiency
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
