- Provides leadership of the Technical Tier 3 team in carrying out broad project assignments, actionable events, milestones, deadlines, and workload accomplishment.
- Ensures security requirements are integrated and/or executed in a way that will result in acceptable risk levels in accordance with system's security plan.

- Identifies and analyzes problems and develops solutions; also provides recommendations to management.
- Conducts analysis, studies, or special projects relating to program operations carried out by a wide variety of organizations within the Region.
- Provides training and orientation to others in the maintenance and use of computer equipment and software.

Specialized experience is experience tat demonstrates the accomplishments of information technology (IT) project assignments that required a wide range of knowledge of IT requirements and techniques such as, analyzing althernative approaches regarding network management practices with systems connected to LAN/WAN; and providing administrative direction for an IT organization concerned with customer support, software/hardward troubleshooting, hardward/software support, technical and security assurance. Experienced using independent judgment in analyzing budgetary and financial issues; the development, application, and adjustment of plans and policies to attain management goals and objectives; to present and defend program and budget data; and to serve as an adviser to management. Experience in analyzing IT products and services for efficeincy and effectivenexx; prioritizing projects and determining project timelines; performing cost analysis; and providing customer service for large and multi-faceted organizations.
