Measuring, cutting, and bending -" - 1" EMT on sloped roofs and siding of home
Pulling & Terminating 10 AWG - 6 AWG Wire in Junction Boxes and Inverters
Properly label Junction boxes and conduit with NEC required labels
Terminate/Crimp grounds where needed on solar arrays
Using proper grounding/bonding on DC Conduit & Conduit Sleeves
Installing conduit Flashings without splitting/damaging roof shingles
Must have previous experience bending EMT conduit
Must have previous electrical experience
Must have knowledge of AWG sizes and conduit fittings
Must have experience terminating wires
Must poses the ability to climb/work comfortably on extension ladders up to 32'
Must have knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools
Must have the ability to lift 25-50lbs
Must be able to work on sloped roofs comfortably and consistently
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen

Must be able to distinguish colors
Must be willing and able to climb ladders, scaffolding, stairs or utility/telephone poles and work on rooftops of multi-level buildings as well as within confined spaces such as attics

Must be able to lift 70lbs
