The Resolution Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of incentive plans by researching and making decisions on resolution requests, responding to team member questions, and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on the incentive plans of Wholesale Commercial Distribution Finance and Equipment Finance Vendor.

The individual will leverage the Callidus incentive technology platform to review incoming requests and then use business specific systems to research issues. This individual will work closely with team members in Compensation, Finance, and the business to ensure the incentive compensation plan execution enables the business to execute their business strategy, maintain market competitiveness, comply with evolving compensation regulation, and deliver on the team member value proposition.

In addition, the individual will be responsible for on-going process documentation and control reporting as well as ad hoc reporting or project requests as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, provides a high level of customer service, and has experience with handling incentive plan questions or adjustments.

Candidates who are able to work on site in major hub locations of Minneapolis, San Francisco, Charlotte, and across the Wells Fargo footprint will be considered. Telecommuting will also be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research and respond to Resolution Requests in a timely manner

  • Partner closely with the compensation consultants and business to resolve any escalated requests

  • Monitor the incentive plan data and payout calculations in Callidus to ensure there is a high level of accuracy

  • Provide on-going process documentation and control reporting

  • Complete ad hoc reporting and project requests as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
