IBM GBS is seeking to hire a Next Gen Supply Chain / JDA Associate Partner to join our consulting team - a tremendous opportunity to work with some of the world's most essential companies.
The Associate Partner is a hands on sales and delivery role with focus on JDA solutions uniquely combined with Artificial Intelligence to help solve our client's business challenges as they relate to strategic supply chain design, improved planning & execution systems, optimizing customer service levels, inventory, assets and operational costs. The Associate Partner will work across consumer products, retail, manufacturing, distribution and other industries that leverage the supply chain
Lead sales and delivery activities focused on new and existing clients within the Distribution Sector
Establish and maintain deal focused trusted relationships with clients and partners to scope, solution, propose, close and deliver complex projects
Lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how the proposed solution can help transform their business to achieve desired results
Business case development, project and program management, proposal writing
Attain both sales and delivery targets including bookings, revenue, profit and utilization
Lead work streams within complex supply chain engagements including design, development and delivery of JDA solutions
Lead design sessions to drive process design, requirements, configuration, technical architecture and other aspects of projects
Hands-on development of deliverables utilizing a formal structured methodology
Contribute to the growth of intellectual capital and support the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities
Establish and maintain firm-wide supply chain thought leadership with emphasis on JDA

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years of experience transforming supply chain organizations
At least 5 years of experience working for a consulting services organization as a consultant
Experience in business development and sales of consulting services
Experience with technology driven change, analytics / business applications and program management of large scale transformations
Experience in the design and implementation of JDA solutions (i.e. JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, etc) including SCPO platform
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 8 years of experience transforming supply chain organizations
At least 8 years of experience working for a consulting services organization as a consultant
Experience consulting to clients in the retail, consumer products, manufacturing and distribution industries
Strong knowledge of emerging supply chain solutions
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts such as inventory allocation, network optimization, demand sensing, backcasting, etc
