Randstad Corporate Services in partnership with a Fortune 100 company headquartered in Columbus, OH is actively seeking a Financial Services Representative (Data Entry Operator) to join the Nationwide Business Solutions Group processing team at their location in downtown Columbus. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

About the Job:

The role is responsible for:

  • Processing financial and nonfinancial transactions which include large premium payments, fund transfer/reallocation, loans, withdrawals, surrenders, owner and beneficiary changes, name, address and broker changes

  • Generate transaction confirmation statements and conduct mailing and delivery of statements via preferred methods

  • Quality-check all transactions within the same business day they are processed

  • Generate Annual Statements, conduct a quality review, and provide to Account Representatives within time standards

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

As an ideal candidate you will have:

--High School diploma or equivalent required

--A completed (or near completion) bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related fields highly preferred

--1-2 years' work experience in an office

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • Positive Attitude and Team Player (can work well with groups of people)

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Products with intermediate Excel knowledge

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
