  • Speak and dress professionally.

  • Be willing to work until the job is complete.

  • Have a good driving record.

Dave Gill Chevrolet's Sales Department offers among the most competitive, progressive pay plans in the city. Compensation for the Product Specialist position is based upon a salary, with the potential to earn significant additional income through volume-based bonuses. The pay plan is designed to provide stable income to those candidates interested in the auto industry but wary of compensation plans based solely on sales commissions.

We offer a training program tailored to your specific needs. The dealership also offers a 401K plan with no fees and a company contribution, plus health insurance. The dealership is closed on Sundays.

Working as a key member of our team, the Product Specialist is a well-informed adviser who is extremely knowledgeable about vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety, and features/benefits. The Product Specialist confidently presents new and pre-owned vehicles to our customers in an exciting and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale. In addition, our Product Specialist is expected to maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers in order to encourage networking and repeat business.
