AT&T Technical Sales Consultant 2 (SLED) in Dallas, Texas
This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on technical solutions to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of company products, services and solutions.
Responsible for consulting with direct sales teamsand customers to provide technical expertise regarding the design,customization, implementation and account management of complextechnical products and services.
Contributes to unit sales plan throughpre-sales/post sales technical consulting activities.
Designs solutionsand provides technical support in sales presentations, productdemonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products toensure the system is functioning according to specifications.
Managesthe technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels anddisciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues andpriorities. Formulates responses to customer inquiries/questionsconcerning complex system software and applications, and providessoftware development and consultation to prospective users.
Understands,develops and delivers products/services/systems/solutions to customersbusiness, information, technical and educational needs.
May build amini-application, based on customer requirements, to demonstratefeasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping.
Requires a strong, working knowledge of company products and services.
May assist less experienced peers.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Experience: Typically requires 5 - 8 years direct work experience.
