This position is responsible for the packaging and distribution of payrolls both neatly and professionally while verifying that payrolls are packaged accurately based on customer specifications; provide excellent customer service support, resolve customer issues and aim to retain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper packaging and delivery distribution
• Ensure that all individualized wrapping instructions are completed
• Notify payroll customer care specialist of any errors
• Contribute to cost-cutting initiatives and ensures efficiencies are implemented
• Assist colleagues with making sure packaging concerns are corrected
• Monitor any reprocess and ensures that corrected packages are replaced and available for timely delivery
• Responsible for inventory and rotation of stockroom supplies; daily filing; shipping and receiving
• Work with management on assigned projects, as required
Qualifications and Requirements: (this section should include required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities as well as Credentials and Experience)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years’ experience required
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
