The Lead Teacher’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work productively and consistently with Springboard employees, school administration, families and students

  • Assure the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and regulations

  • Monitor, observe and report student behavior according to approved policies and procedures

  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service

  • Teach and educate students according to the approved curriculum

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Maintain order and procedures during all activities

  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times

  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines

  • Perform other duties as assigned
