RLH Corporation Cash Management Supervisor in Denver, Colorado
Direct daily cash management activities consistent with liquidity needs for business operations and capital improvements.
Supervise the accounts payable function of the company, including the direct supervision of three accounts payable accounting assistants.
Responsible for administration of the company’s credit card merchant services program.
Provide daily support to the company’s owned hotels on all matters related to credit card payments, banking and cash management.
Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis team with the cash forecasting process.
Maintain a good working relationship with company’s banks and financial service providers.

3 to 5 years of related experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting software.
Experience with Wells Fargo Commercial Electronic Office (“CEO”) system.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and electronic scheduling and e-mail systems.
Experience in administration of a company’s merchant services function.
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
