DaVita Senior Project Analyst in Denver, Colorado

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Program Identification & Development
Leverage knowledge of team and Village goals to identify and prioritize opportunities in a structured analytical way.
Work with leadership and stakeholders to develop program requirements, to include goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify and engage key stakeholders and teammates.
- Program Planning
Facilitate discussions with contributing teams to arrive at mutually agreeable goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Make sense of complex, unstructured inputs to ensure projects align with goals.
Develop a project plan to include breakdown of work, roles and responsibilities, and a schedule.
Present project plan.
- Program Execution
Coordinate execution by tracking progress, identifying issues, and mitigating delivery risks.
Establish and manage relationships with teams involved in order to ensure project success.
Regularly meet with executing teams, stakeholders, and leadership to clearly and candidly communication the status of projects, discuss barriers, and brainstorm and implement solutions.
- Program Closure & Handoff
Evaluate the outcome of projects and identify lessons learned.
When appropriate, develop and execute a hand-off plan.
Compile and archive project documents for easily retrieval at a later date.
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties.
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university required.
2+ years of experience in program management.
Experience in healthcare industry or IT-related fields a plus.
MS Excel skills required.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and or Asana a plus.
Experience analyzing complex business problems in a structured way.
Must possess a high level of self-initiative, drive and motivation, along with organizational skills.
Ability and willingness to operate with and without significant amounts of direction.
