The Scrum Master/Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of projects with outstanding quality and conforming to the requirements. The Scrum Master/Project Manager will lead a team of engineers while managing technology projects across the firm. The Scrum Master/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects - run in an Agile or a hybrid Agile/waterfall fashion. These responsibilities will include; managing projects to budget, organizing the team for the projects, conducting project kickoffs, running scrums/retros/demos/planning sessions, managing milestones and delivery dates, and coordinating between the development teams and external parties.

Leads project teams in execution and delivery of solutions
Manages multiple priorities and provides work direction to the project team
Establishes and monitors short, mid-scale and complex project plans
Uses influence skills to consult with business partners and coach project team members
Fosters teamwork and spirit of collaboration with project team and business partners
Communicates status to customers, team, and executive management
Manages one or more moderately complex technology projects, or components of a large complex project, under oversight from senior management
Works within established framework regarding prioritization of projects
Applies seasoned technical knowledge in carrying out work and fundamental knowledge of project management methodologies.
Manages projects utilizing standard detailed project management methodology.
Establishes full project life cycle plans.
Develops project schedules, maintains status of project, and monitors activities of team members.
Coordinates and facilitates the accomplishment of work across multiple sites and/or work groups.
Develops working relationships with business management. Identifies and obtains commitment from functional and resource managers who formally manage project staff.
Establishes project staffing requirements.
Obtains commitment among team members on role definitions and project deliverables to meet stated milestones and overall objectives.
Establishes initial Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers and may serve as interface with business management.
Adheres to budget requirements for project, and monitors and provides reporting throughout the process.
Serves as initial escalation point in problem resolution process
Full knowledge and proficiency in following the technology life cycle methodology from inception to transition to production and post-implementation.
In depth knowledge of Agile implementation. Scrum Master Certification preferred.
Understanding of technical concepts
Ability to analyze business issues and develop solutions that require integration of technical, business and organizational knowledge.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years related experience.
Strong project management skills
