The Boeing Company Lean Practitioner Level 3 in Everett, Washington

Find your future with us. The Everett Delivery Center is seeking a talented, self-motivated Mid-Level Lean Practitioner. Someone with extensive Lean Knowledge and an expert using Lean Tools. The qualified person will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead Process Improvement workshops. The right person will be able to identify delivery processes that need to have flow/ unit hours reduced, safety hazards eliminated, or work that needs to be standardized. And be able to work alongside all levels of leadership to accomplish goals. The position requires frequent walking on an active flight line in all kinds of weather. This is a fast-paced environment and Safety is the number one priority. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree and 6 + years of related Lean work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree and 4 years of related Lean work experience. Three years experience in leading cross-functional teams. Two years experience developing and delivering Executive level presentations. Four years experience implementing Lean Production Systems & Principles. Five years experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience gathering data and building a business case/ four-square presentation. Project Management or Project Leadership experience. Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Rapid Systematic Problem Solving and /or Root Cause Corrective Action experience. Experience using Microsoft Project. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Level 3 is expected to Teach/Coach our teams, peers and leadership in the use of lean tools and methodologies. Must possess a "Can-do" attitude and be a team player.
