Will serve as the Finance & Business Operations lead for the F-35 Support Equipment Solutions IPT with primary responsibility for integrating data from many varied sources into consolidated management information to be consumed by multiple levels of program management. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with Control Account Managers, senior Program Managers, senior Program Finance leadership and other Business Operations disciplines. Will develop and present reports in support of the monthly financial reporting tempo, and complete month-end closing activities including analysis and issue resolution to ensure integrity of financial data. Specific duties include planning and hosting business rhythm events such as Variance Analysis review, Management Review boards, EAC change boards, Risk & Opportunity boards, ensuring completion of monthly program status reports (PMM or “5 blocker”), accumulating information for monthly executive review. This position also leads the financial planning and analysis activities for the IPT including the quarterly Contract Status Reviews and annual Long Range Plan; specifics include forecasting costs, sales, profit and cash flow and analysis of variance to plan. Additional duties include performing various special projects geared toward process improvement and consistency.

Desired Skills: Strong financial / analytical orientation; significant experience in Earned Value reporting and financial planning and analysis; strong Excel skills; experience with Cobra, , Hyperion and SAP; proven track record of problem solving including root cause analysis and formulation of plans for resolution; database (Access or equivalent) creation experience; Master's degree in Business is a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, majoring in either Finance, Accounting, Economics and related area. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously; proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Earned Value concepts and processes; effective analytical and problem.
