Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Work with teams in the facilitation of work in adherence of supplier agreements as part of managed services offering
Support contract administration functions through the complete lifecycle of contract management over a variety of industries
Demonstrate baseline understanding of contract management workflow
Provide support on the administration of the contract lifecycle to include (but not limited to):
Customer contract review and maintenance
Reporting and analytics
Create reports and deliverables utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other related software

BSBA degree in Business, Sourcing & Procurement, Criminal Justice or related commercial fields
1-3 years of contract administration experience
Draft low complexity contractual documents such as SOW s, Amendments Change Orders, etc., by using Deloitte provided or client provided templates
Point of contact for client legal stakeholders, suppliers and Deloitte sourcing team members to support contract term negotiations
Capture all required documentation and follow the contracting process as agreed to with clients
Ensure contracts are executed and delivered based on agreed SLAs
Ability to multi-task and follow-through with minimal instruction on project responsibilities
Provide support to and work within a team on client contract requests
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint a minimum), Adobe PDF, and other related applications
Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ area
Must be willing to travel up to 20%
Experience in aerospace/defense, and/or procurement/contracts administration
Basic understanding of compliance, quality and governance as it pertains to contract management methodologies
Understanding of legal and contract terminology
Training or internship in procurement/contracts administration
Experience with contract lifecycle management solutions such as Apttus or other similar applications
Certification as a paralegal/legal assistant
