Performs customer service tasks as assigned by manager

Responds to customer inquiries; completes calls or relays information as necessary pertaining to customer billings and other problems.

Prepares necessary source documents and correspondence, as assigned.

Opens, separates, and distributes incoming departmental mail

Assists with Meter Department as assigned
