To develop and grow the domestic & International CPS India
Working on the laid out sales strategy and converting sales opportunities
Manage the opportunities:
Monthly review of sales pipeline
Sales stages up-dated as opportunity is progressed
Win new business:
Comprehensive understanding of customer’s needs
Effective qualifying techniques
Write deal winning proposals
Develop and present deal winning presentations
Close deals quickly and effectively
Provide weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
Working within the guidelines laid out in the CHEP Vision and Values statement
Fluent with English, local languages & Hindi will be an added advantage
Strong background in closing sales
Supply Chain or Food Science related degree or diploma (desirable)
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to close deals quickly and effectively with win/win outcomes
Ability to engage with execution level & middle management
Base IT skills – Excel
Ability to present the benefits of a product and service
Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve results
