REEF Parking is currently looking for a full -time Area Manager

The Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of their assigned locations ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Oversee staff related issues, covering shifts, maintaining schedules Initiate programs and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and improve staff morale

Manage the financial responsibilities and ensure that all procedures are being followed properly

Maintain relations with the MBTA as well as the contractors/vendors for the designated locations

Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Operations Manager.

Assist with the Enforcement Division and ensure that policies and procedures are being followed. Substitute for any position, if necessary.

Have a thorough knowledge of all the areas of the facilities, additional locations, as well as the major streets, landmarks and freeways of the area of the facilities.

Complete other duties as needed.


  • Must be honest, trustworthy and self-motivated
  • Must be willing to work long days and go the extra mile to ensure company-wide success
  • Must possess quality leadership skills with a proven track record of leading by example
  • Must have valid drivers license and have reliable transportation
  • Must have previous Management experience, preferably in more than one location
  • Background check and drug screening required
  • Must be willing and eager to learn and grow within an expanding company
