Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for staff direction, discipline, evaluations and compliance.
Interviews, makes recommendations for hire and manages staff.
Oversees staff & contractors and all aspects of the operational restorations of apartment units.
Orders stock materials, maintains inventory.
Completes Evaluations and Disciplinary procedures for employees.
Oversee Occupied inspectors Administers training on the tablets, monthly meetings, customer service.
Oversees Contractors Pre-inspections for work in Turn-key apartments and Post inspections for Turn-key inspections, order materials, maintain inventory for supplies distributed to contractors, update and renew contracts as necessary.
Reviews invoices for accuracy and discrepancies, authorizes payments on invoicing.
Manages the Invoicing/Billing for tolls associated with Flooring, Plaster/Paint (contractors special contract) and Abatement.
Creates and maintains Excel spreadsheets
Keyper system Updates and maintains the vacant key system, adds new units when necessary and monitors the keys out of the system, check status of the apartments and adds QC wording.
HS Diploma or equivalent required
