2ND SHIFT (United States of America)
The Production Lead assists the Productions Supervisor in daily operations of the RTE/RAW department. Utilize machinery, materials and manpower available to complete the daily production build schedule. Maintain a safe work environment and meet all established quality standards. • Operator Care - basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIR). Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving. Participate in 5S program to contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Assist and participate in daily resource plans to meet weekly production schedule and support various areas of operations including but not limited to: RTE clean room, secondary pack, RAW processing, Warehouse, etc. Demonstrated leadership skills in assisting production personnel in the attainment of established key performance indicators (KPI). Assist with department implementation of new processes, new equipment, and improved line layouts and completion of all department paperwork. Build effective teams and lead by example while supporting line activities to ensure employee safety, food safety, and quality assurance. This position will be exposed to a cold/damp work environment with temperatures ranging from 28-42 degrees. Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment and requires repetitive motions.

Applicant must have no adverse disciplinary actions on file regarding your performance or safety in effect and are not currently on a performance improvement plan within the last 6 months. Applicants must have no more than 6 attendance points to be eligible.
