OfficeTeam is currently working with one of our clients, an automotive start-up company located in Playa Vista and they are looking for 2 temporary Customer Service Representatives to come in to support the customer service department. This is currently a temporary request for about 1 month, however they would consider the right fit potentially for a full-time position. Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound calls, e-mails and live chats with customers

  • Resolving and handling customer inquiries and updating accounts

  • Informing customers of their product information and additional features

  • Responding to different customer questions via social media platforms

The ideal Customer Service Representative will have prior experience in a similar setting, excellent problem solving skills, a pleasant demeanor and ideally would have experience with Zendesk or another CRM.

Hours: 9:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Saturday (shifts will vary based on request of days, you may alternate the Saturday shift)

Rate: $17/hr temporary
