Oakwood Worldwide is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources department in all areas related to employment and employee relations, with specific support to the Human Resources Director and Senior Manager.
Support HR Director and Senior Manager with employee relations activities.
Special Projects for HR department
Contact with field employees as required
Company handbook and policy updates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
Very strong administrative and computer skills including, Microsoft Office
Entry level knowledge of HR laws.
HR Administrative, coordinator, specialist or generalist experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years experience in an HR department.
