The Business Analyst with strong functional experience with time management systems will operate as part of a development team to collect and analyze business requirements, identify system solutions, and perform design, development, testing and systems implementation activities. Your essential responsibilities in this role include:
Perform and document system configuration. Prepare/coordinate technical reports, process documentation, test plans and execution, training needs assessment, and implementation plans.
Participate in technical requirements and design sessions.
Collaborate with users to analyze the best system approach to implement both business and regulatory related system changes.
Work on both system configuration related changes as well as specifications documentation for more in depth changes that require programming efforts.
Continually enhance knowledge and awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen the project and/or technical team.
Provide on-call support as needed.

2+ year's progressive experience in the Information Technology environment.
1+ year's functional experience with HR / Payroll business processes.
Experience with SAP (specifically Time Evaluation and Quota Management configuration), Kronos Work Force Central and/or Taleo preferred but not required. .
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of the HCM business area – including Quota Management (i.e. PTO, Sick plans, etc.).
Experience managing small projects.
Basic level of technical knowledge of development, testing methodologies, business applications and database and data processing related to the areas being supported
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others to achieve results.
Self-directed and motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills. .
