Degree and area of specialization:
PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent fields, such as Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or Math. Individual should have some background in research, which can be attained during the process of acquiring a PhD degree.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
A Scientist with background and expertise in machine learning related techniques and is able to apply it to diverse environments and domains, specifically networking systems, wireless systems, edge computing scenarios, and other possible domains.
License or Certificate:
Responsibilities include: leading or co-leading technical research projects, assisting the supervisor in mentoring students, writing research papers independently, assisting with research grant applications, execution, and reporting, giving talks, tutorials, assisting in disseminating ideas into classroom settings, and participating in various meetings as required.
