Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
Responsible for the delivery of moderate complex, moderate risk projects and maintaining project quality, finances and focus, prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily schedule, establishing project governance Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW)
Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Dell employees or Partner Resources
Works with Resource Management on project staffing, accountable for delivering projects on time
Controls the financial compliance, completes weekly and quarterly forecasts of revenue and utilization
Prepares estimated time to complete, manages back-log, manages the cost budget and the impact of change requests on cost budget
Organizing and planning skills, strong communication and influencing skills
Priority setting and decision-making skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment, ability to be flexible and multi-task in a dynamic environment
Ability to work with a multi-cultural, multi-locational team, ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customers
Facilitation skills to lead meetings, ability to build effective teams, lead extended teams and meet deadlines
Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing, ability to manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirements
Demonstrate attentiveness to quality and productivity
Fluent in English with PMP certification
BS Degree and 5+ years of experience
