The Dow Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for a Global Employer Branding/Digital Marketing Specialist , within Human Resources (HR). Our HR organization is in the process of transforming to a leading-edge operating model. This role would be located within the “HR Solutions” arm of this operating model. The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people. The top priority of HR Solutions is to deliver the best/Employee Experience/through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions. HR solutions contains the following types of roles: Discipline-aligned roles (ex. compensation, benefits, payroll, employee development & training, etc.), Operational Excellence (focused on driving optimal performance across HR), HR technology (the systems and tools to enable simple and easy access to solutions) and Talent & Labor Consultants (professionals dedicated to the execution of the people agenda and consulting on talent).

The Global Employer Branding/Digital Talent Marketing Specialist will be part of the HR Solutions Organization. This role partners with the Talent Acquisition Global Experience Leader and Regional Digital Talent Marketing Specialists on design, development, and delivery of Dow’s global employer brand and global digital talent marketing strategy. This role will help to position Dow as an employer of choice and enable a best in class candidate/employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation and service delivery.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Global Experience Leader and Corporate Affairs on the design and development of Dow’s global employer brand
Provide global oversight to ensure consistent usage of Dow’s employer brand throughout all recruitment channels to ensure a best in class candidate experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition Global Experience Leader on design and development of a global strategy and framework for Digital Talent Marketing and Virtual Recruitment events
Provide consultative support to Regional Talent Marketing Specialists to drive globally consistent solutions for Digital Talent Marketing and Virtual Recruitment events
Engage with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in Employer Branding and Digital Talent Marketing
Address escalated Employer Branding and Digital Talent Marketing inquiries and review and/or approve transaction activities, as applicable
Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for Employer Branding and Digital Talent Marketing
Works collaboratively and independently, is self-motivated and accountable
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards tight deadlines
Employee centric mindset, creative and innovative
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Employee Branding
Excellent planning & organization skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Highly skilled in effectively working in matrix organization, interacting with different stakeholders and supporting all levels of employees
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken)
A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in at least one of the following countries: United States, China, Brazil, or the Netherlands. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of permanent residency (green card) process
8 years of experience in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related business field
Prior experience in Employer Branding
Prior experience with full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
