Primary Responsibilities: Take larger initiatives and roll up into one cohesive view – create summaries from the details Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data and budgets Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in any of the following: business workforce analysis; Call Center Planning; Capacity Planning; Forecast Analysis; Data Analytics; Financial Analysis experience Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client / business Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Project Management experience and ability to organize and drive productivity and innovation Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create and manage complex formulas, pivot tables, and graphs Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Access and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field Experience with Smartview Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
