. Answer incoming calls and greet walk in traffic in a polite manner, which may include inquiry intake of potential residents, general questions, family members and vendors.

. Account Receivable- conduct collections, send letters and make calls.

. Payroll- ensure associates ADP records are accurate and a timely manner.

. Complete new hire paper work for all new hire.

. Sales support- provide backup support to Manager.

. General Community Paperwork- responsible for mail, menus, print schedules, do thank you cards, mass market emails, etc.

. Other duties assigned.
