Right now, we are seeking a Enterprise Systems Analysts based at Western Union’s location in Montvale, New Jersey.

Enterprise Systems Analysts for Western Union (Montvale, NJ) – In this role you will analyze computer, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve systems. Provide guidance and coordination on projects and programs assigned to systems analysts. Ensure that business requirements and problems are properly understood, translated, documented and communicated. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders such as business users, regulators, auditors, federal bodies, business analysts, architects, solution teams etc. Ensure that the requirement analysis and system solutions are proper and are meeting organization's goals and standards. Review testing strategy and scenarios, and recommend changes. Communicate with vendors, end-users, software developers, testers, network and server administrators, to ensure quality assurance, program logic or data processing.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related; and 5 years progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation; which must include some experience with: Payments and Financial technologies; AML, KYC, Dodd-Frank, GDPR and PCI DSS compliance; ISO8583, ISO20022, EMV, SWIFT, OWASP specifications; Electronic Funds Transfer Switches, ATM monitoring, Transaction processing, Card Management systems, Merchant management systems, E-Commerce Payment Gateway, 2 Factor Authentication; Interdiction and sanctions lists: OFAC, PEP, MATCH, NMAS; Settlement: ACH, BASE II, IPM, NEFT, RTGS, General Ledger, statements.
