Intuit Senior Visual Product Designer in Mountain View, California

Overview

At QuickBooks, world-class design helps power the success of small businesses and self-employed people around the world. Our designers are involved at every step of a project—from gathering insights, brainstorming, prototyping, and experimentation to launching pixel-perfect designs. However, just because you’re a specialist, doesn’t mean that’s ALL you get to do. We’re also innovating through machine learning and conversational UI, and you’ll be contributing to making every interaction delightfully simple.

As an organization, we value speed and a scrappy startup mentality, it’s literally in our name: quick-books and self-employed! Much like the self-employed people we serve, our team members are experts in their field (design), self-motivated, question the status quo, and know how to work cross-functionally to get stuff done (no lone wolves, no mavericks). Just like our self-employed customers, we know that success is built on the support of others. We’re looking for designers that are comfortable moving fast, with the gusto of an entrepreneur, and believe in the strength of teamwork. Get ready to dive in and ship awesomeness to our customers, who are potentially like you!

We know it takes vision, passion, and true grit to be a self-employed entrepreneur… and that’s the type of designer we want. If you’re ready to create bold and elegant solutions that powers prosperity around the globe, hit us up. We celebrate diversity and welcome any non-traditional paths into this profession. (Some of our backgrounds include Music, Architecture, and English literature!)
