Description

Administers nursing and direct resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the implementation and evaluation and documentation with in the scope of practice. Able to exhibit good communication skills with MD, residents, families, etc. Performs a variety of tasks. Requires a high school diploma or GED, certification of graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensed as a practical nurse. Preferred familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the long term care setting.
