TheClient Services Engineerprovides advanced and in-depth support for escalated service tickets from the Customer Support Services team. Some advanced technical experience is necessary, but more importantly, we are looking for an individual who is highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will focus on finding and resolving issues at a root cause level.

Essential Functions

  • Manage Service Requests, Incidents, and Problems through a ticketing system.

  • Help ensure day-to-day operations of IT Infrastructure.

  • Primary function will be to administer and support

  • Office365

  • Microsoft Exchange

  • Citrix Servers

  • Microsoft Windows Server andWindows-based applications, Operating Systems (Desktop and Server), and Server Roles (AD DS, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Print Server, File Server, Terminal Server, etc.).

  • Basic experience with VMWare

  • Administer and troubleshoot database technologies/software.

  • Lead periodic technical meetings.

  • Any other task or duty as assigned or required.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • Candidate should have high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Candidate should have at least five years of experience in a job supporting Windows Desktops and/or Servers, as well as at least one year supporting advanced Networks (or substitute advanced training/certification).

  • Candidate should have at least one industry-standard certification for systems or network administration.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • A+, Network+ Certifications

  • MCP, MCITP, MCSA, MCSA Certifications

  • Basic networking familiarity

  • Associates or higher degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience with EMR/EHR/Practice Management applications

  • Experience in the following is preferred:

  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Server 2012, and Server 2016

  • Active Directory

  • Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop
