Logistics Clerk

Principal Responsibilities:

• Answering a multitude of e-mails and scheduling containers

• Supporting the manager and assistant managers with all tasks necessary

• Handle all clerical tasks in a warehouse setting

• Dealing with vendors and warehouse staff to expedite orders, changes, and fulfillments

Qualifications:

• Ability to interact effectively with clients over the phone REQUIRED

• Must have excellent customer service skills, be a proactive and creative problem solver, and be comfortable in decision making processes

• Must be analytical, quick learner, detail-oriented, flexible, organized, self-driven, and creative thinker

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks required

• Strong time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills required
