The Global Risk Management and Compliance Programme Team supports the most senior group of Risk Management professionals across the Firm.
Global Risk Management is a business support function, i.e. it is an internal group and its stakeholders include Network Leadership, the Global Board, Network Risk Management Governance groups, Lines of Service and Member Firms.
Global Risk Management focuses on activities to support and monitor PwC member firms in fulfilling their responsibilities for quality of work and management of risk.
The team works with strategy and operations related projects to support the functionâ€™s strategic plan and initiatives.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrating extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas, especially as it relates to a global network of professional services firms:
- Understanding of risk management and risk management policy and guidance, especially enterprise risk management and the role of risk management as part of the engagement lifecycle.
Demonstrating extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:
Possessing project management, analytical, critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities;
Adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change;
Working independently and completing project tasks/deliverables within established time-frames;
Leveraging oral and written business communication skills through the use of firm-issued technologies (e.g. Google at Work, Microsoft Office et al), especially probing for information and communicating with impact and empathy while being able to adjust messaging based on stakeholder;
Building and maintaining relationships across many different territories organizations and levels;
Possessing organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail in order to manage multiple priorities;
Demonstrating a passion for innovation and creative thinking to improve and simplify processes;
Maintaining a commitment to fostering a positive collaborative working environment.
