Description

OfficeTeam is actively looking for a Data Entry Representative for our clients located in Costa Mesa. We are seeking an individual who has relevant administrative and clerical skills.

In this position you will be responsible for performing clerical tasks including organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, answering calls and supporting other staff.

Additional responsibilities include:

· Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls

· Strong Verbal Communication

· Data Entry/Order Entry

· Order Processing

· Detail oriented

· Heavy email and phone correspondence with potential clients

· Supporting other departments as needed

· Commit to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect

Requirements

· 1-2 years of relevant experience

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

· High attention detail
