Find your future with us. Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate level Logistics Support Representative to support the B-1/B-52 PDM (Periodic Depot Maintenance) line at Tinker AFB, OK. Position Responsibilities include but not limited to - • Liaison between on-site DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) on-site team and Boeing Asset / Order Management team • Provides live, real time, hands on logistic support including inventory status, order fulfillment status to the customers PDM and repair lines and customer maintenance planners and forward support personnel. • Investigates demand spikes and the effects of operational and maintenance changes on future demand. • Monitors open requisitions and assists in Metric monitoring and reconciliation. • Researches, identifies, and resolves customer supply support system inventory discrepancies. • Monitors logistics system performance. • Solicits customer feedback and takes action to improve satisfaction with company services • Attends daily, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual production and supply planning meetings providing information and briefing at the Division and Squadron level. Develops and maintains strong working relationship with the customer.  Researches, identifies and resolves customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.   Support program and customer requests for information and assistance.  Investigates total platform vehicle demand management, replenishment and electronic data systems. Monitors logistics system performance.  Identifies, reports, and helps resolve problems/issues, and potential problems/issues.  Solicits customer feedback and takes action to improve satisfaction with company services. Manages field office resources. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED): • 3 or more years’ experience in the use and integration of logistic support systems (e.g., company/customer supply databases, inventory management regulations, supply support, export control, etc.). • Must possess extensive technical expertise in the logistics support skill. • Must be able to develop and provide solutions to a wide variety of highly complex logistics and supply problems without assistance. • At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: •  Knowledgeable in the use of USAF Publications and DOD Inventory Management procedures and regulations. • Knowledge and use of Air Force Logistics Supply Systems. • Experience communicating with internal and external customers. • Ability to resolve problems. • Ability to work with many different/diverse groups. • Ability to organize and structure complex issues. TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). RELOCATION: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility SECURITY CLEARANCE: This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
