A Sign Project Coordinator is part of the support team for the Project Management Department. A Sign Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, Install Managers, and Compliance Coordinators to help with getting a customer's product purchased, ordered, designed, fabricated, shipped, and installed. The Coordinator's main duty is to be an available resource for others in the Project Management Department to expedite the work. This includes learning the specific requirements for each customer we have, assisting the teams assigned to those customers with general office tasks such as copying and scanning documents, putting together packets for meetings, data entry, and other duties as needed. This position requires flexibility in order to address each customer' unique needs. The Sign Project Coordinator is a team-oriented position, and the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a team setting.
Duties and Expectations:
Support Project Managers in any tasks that they need completed
Organize and conduct daily checks of project continuation
Coordination of trades
Schedule, attend and take notes during Project Management meetings
Ensure standards are properly being met
Responsible for project documentation and filing
Any other work assigned by the Director of Project Management
1-2 years' experience in a fast paced high volume work environment
Undergraduate degree preferred
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to accept responsibility
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Solid working knowledge of computer programs and software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Google Docs and Smartsheet knowledge preferred
