Position Summary: You will be responsible for managing all quality activities at the project site and ensuring that the quality of the work meets the project’s contractual requirements. What You'll Do:

  • Develop, maintain and communicate QA/QC standards for company.

  • Review project specifications for code compliance and constructability within industry standards.

  • Conduct and manage field observations for construction projects to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, and other contract documents.

  • Prepare regular periodic quality control reports for management team

  • Recognize and actively engage in the development of solutions to correct deficiencies in the project; identify and direct corrective action as necessary.

  • Maintains record, prepares report, and correspondence, relative to QA / QC work.

    What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related field preferred or applicable experience

  • 7+ years’ applicable experience

  • Experience in reading technical documents, drawings and / or schematics

  • Experience auditing systems, processes, products both internally and externally

  • Experience in working with Quality Management Systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent leadership skills necessary to achieve business and project results

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to set deadlines and adhere to project schedules
