Help us to keep this important pipeline of blood donation partners vibrant! We are currently seeking a Blood Drive Scheduler in our Philadelphia, PA. This is a full time position and does have an on-call component.
In this position you will:
Coordinate collections staffing activities to ensure proper staffing for maintaining optimum productivity and quality donor care.Projects and coordinates resource requests so that each collections operation has staff and resources assigned in a manner that will assure success and/or be in accordance with agreed upon standards.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.
High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Minimum two years experience in a clerical or staffing position required. Knowledge of American Red Cross scheduling or staffing patterns preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective organization skills and attention to detail is required. Excellent computer skills especially in the use of spreadsheet and/or databases are required
