We are currently looking for a Principal Sales Ops Rep to join our global sales operations team here in Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical to the effectiveness of Axway’s Sales and Customer Success Operations team, a diverse organization with a broad presence across the globe. In this capacity, you will enable salespeople to proactively serve both existing and potential customers. This is a highly visible position that directly aligns to Axway’s strategy and the attainment of revenue growth objectives. Further, as a key influencer to the company’s transformation, you will have the freedom to apply your expertise in a manner that directly supports our leadership team.

  • Work with Global Sales Operations management on improving processes (including on Data Quality)

  • Respond to global sales helpdesk questions, identify needs or enhancements and their priorities

  • Ensure solutions are highly usable, scalable, extensible and maintainable on SFDC and related tools

  • Manage a backlog of business needs and special projects

  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, application configuration, user testing for all activities related to Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration and related environment

  • Supports global field sales organization and channel strategies by ensuring the information is readily accessible

  • Provide training materials and training to new users, on new features or on feature changes

  • Performs other duties as assigned or apparent

  • Monitor the usage of what has been implemented and get it changed if necessary

  • Assist with territory management and quota implementation in SFDC

  • Strong customer focus

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Able to handle stressful situations

  • Strong time management/prioritization skills with strong attention to details

  • Ability to take charge of projects

  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively

  • Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent professional judgment

  • Able to handle sensitive, complex and confidential information in a professional and mature manner

  • Advanced understanding and usage of Salesforce.com

  • Ability to work in an international environment

  • JIRA and SFDC CPQ knowledge is a plus

  • Demonstrated success in a sales ops position
