Job Description

The Product Manager / Digital Go-To-Market Leader role accelerates revenue growth for a set of IBM strategic product portfolios by enhancing digital discovery, increasing conversion yield and driving adoption of digital platform capabilities — positioning these products for winning share in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial results for the given product portfolio and specifically in the digital channel

  • Utilize the user value proposition to define users' digital experience roadmap; set priorities across the teams to deliver the intended experience

  • Manage the product portfolio in market and respond to market feedback and changes

  • Influence a cross-disciplinary team from multiple organizations across IBM (Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Digital Platform Teams) to drive revenue growth for the product portfolio

  • Assess, goal-set, track and drive adoption of relevant platform capabilities for the product portfolio

  • Develop data-based analyses to surface new opportunities for differentiating products and user experiences

  • Execute key plays for driving digital business performance outcomes using digital channels

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or Product Management

  • At least 3 years experience in Applied Thought Leadership

  • At least 3 years experience in Analytical / Problem Solving Capabilities

  • English: Fluent

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 4 years experience in Digital Marketing or Product Management

  • At least 4 years experience in Business Transformation

  • At least 5 years experience in Analytical / Problem Solving Capabilities
