We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician II to perform Break & Fix work during (MON-FRI 8AM-5PM). The ideal candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s). Requires excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be providing standard Desktop support/Walk-in service to customers throughout the week.

  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems

  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups

  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed

  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs

  • Works under general supervision


  • 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required

  • Knowledge of a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude required

  • May require an Associate's Degree or equivalent
