U.S. Bank HR Employee Service Representative in ROBBINSDALE, Minnesota

Are you a polished communicator, detail orientated and passionate about customer service? Then US Bank wants to talk to YOU! This HR Employee Service Center Representative role provides comprehensive support to employees at US Bank. This person is tasked with:
Interact and serve as the primary contact to provide excellent customer service to ensure the accurate and timely resolution of all inquiries for assistance through multiple channels (call, email, employee self-service) within the specified service level agreement.
Utilize web-based case management and knowledge application for research and documentation to create a ticket for inquiries and issues when answering employee/retiree/supervisor/HR questions regarding payroll, HR, and basic benefit questions in a proactive and effective manner.
Facilitate the use of employee self-service through customer interactions and support to resolve inquiries when applicable.
Review and escalate calls through designated channels for follow up resolution and ticket closure.
Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics.
Recommend improvements to web-based case management and knowledge application to increase efficiency and end-user experience.
Draft knowledge articles that will increase the use of employee self-service and support timely and accurate resolution of inquiries within the HR Service Center.
Diagnose and escalate issues of high priority.
Identify trends and patterns in call volume and topic areas in order to provide recommendations in the areas of communication, issue resolution, online content and operations support.
Provide back-up to general administration processing. Areas may include, but are not limited to wage verification, tuition assistance, imaging, adoption assistance, pregnancy gift card and various U.S. Bank certification tracking.
-2 year college or post-secondary course work in related field or applicable work experience.
-Requires the availability to work 10:30 am - 7:00 pm CT
-2 years of Customer Service experience.
-Candidate with minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administration of HR, Recruitment, Payroll or Benefits.
-Strong PC skills, preferred experience working in PeopleSoft
-Established vocabulary of general HR terminology (recruitment, payroll, benefits)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills with and a customer service approach to problem solving.
-Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with personal information, compensation and benefit information.
-Bilingual is a plus
