A well respected St. Louis company is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to fill career positions, the majority of which are out of state. The chosen candidate will work out of the St. Louis office under the direction of the company's Human Resources leadership team. The position will begin as a 3-5 month contract assignment. All interested candidates those seeking a temporary opportunity, or a temporary to permanent opportunity, or a direct hire only career opportunity are encouraged to apply. Compensation for this opportunity is $70,000+/- annualized.


  • Finding top-notch candidates for a wide variety of positions from warehouse to sales and more

  • Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet the demand and fill the requisitions

  • Leveraging whatever means necessary to secure the best talent social media, networking, internet searches, direct recruiting, job boards, cold calls, etc.

  • Practical application of long-distance sourcing and recruiting methods

  • Frequently communicates with applicants and candidates to ensure they are kept abreast of where they are in the process

  • Resume screening, phone screening, phone interviews, video interviews, scheduling in person interviews with hiring managers

  • Presentation of benefits, coaching to counter offer, presenting offers, arranging onboarding

  • Ensuring understanding and adherence to all employment laws and regulations throughout the full-cycle recruiting process

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in full-cycle recruiting

  • Ability to speak to experience as it relates to the *skills and *responsibilities listed above

  • Bachelors degree preferred
