Job Summary

Provides administrative and technical support for UShop (SciQuest/Jaggaer) campus software, including software configuration. UShop is a large scale software application used by thousands of users daily, and which provides mission critical support to procurement and payment at the University. The person in this position must be able to quickly respond to reported software issues and assess root causes, and also collaborate with available resources to achieve a successful resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others. Advanced Excel skills are required.


Daily administrative responsibility for UShop software and integrations with other campus software systems. Manage complex software rules and processes, and ability to document these in a way that is understood and facilitates analysis. Evaluate new software functionality and create testing plans.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within areas of specialty.


Prior software administration experience, especially in a University environment. Ability to perform thorough analysis of complex business processes. Prior University experience preferred. Prior PeopleSoft experience preferred.
