In this role, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop full understanding of relevant business operations across multiple product lines and teams

  • Collaborate with business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization

  • Coordinate and provide feedback to other departments (Accounting, Contracts, Program Delivery, IT) to improve company efficiency and effectiveness

  • Conduct research through analysis and personal engagement that may include collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data and recommendations to management

  • Perform project management duties including the creation of status reports, work plans, and presentations to leadership

  • Identify and document business process re-engineering opportunities including current and future state process flows

  • Develop financial models and tools, including cost-benefit analysis, resource utilization models and performance reports

  • Leverages and coordinates enterprise-wide capabilities to meet business specific needs

  • Participates in the planning, development, and deployment of business strategies

  • Leads initiatives in support of operations, project work, and innovation

  • Creates, maintains, and updates automated processes

  • Defines and provides monthly billing metrics to measure performance, improvements, and progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Business Analysis, Finance, Systems Analysis, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Healthcare, or another related field

  • Experience with database management systems, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Access, ETL principles and/or other business-related technologies

  • Experience working in a matrix environment

  • Proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse, complex data and processes

  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong experience with Outlook & Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience

  • Accounting and invoicing experience

  • Proficiency with SQL

  • Tableau skills

  • Project Management certification

  • LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt
