Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, California
We are hiring a for an Office Assistant for a tech start up company here in San Francisco! This position is Monday through Friday and the hours are 9am-3pm. This position is part time and would be a two month position that may extend for the right person.
The Office Assistant will be assisting with answering phones, filing, scanning documents, providing refreshments to guests and staff and assisting the team with any additional projects or tasks. This is a great position for an Office Assistant who is available to start immediately and work over the next few months! This position is paying $20 an hour.
Our ideal candidate will be dependable, articulate and a great problem solver. This position requires someone who has advanced interpersonal skills as the Office Assistant will be interacting with people throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and advanced experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position does require excellent written communication!
Greet and welcome incoming visitors
Answer, screen and direct incoming calls as well as handle all telephone inquiries
Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills
Manage incoming and outgoing packages and mail
Organize kitchen and clean/pick up as needed
Manage confidential information
General clerical duties including filing, faxing, and photocopying with periodic errands
Helping out where ever needed!
2+ years office experience
Strong written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must!
Willingness to learn quickly
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced office setting
Able to work independently as well as within a team environment
